# Dooable

Dooable is a SaaS product by HBS Software Solutions. It replaces the usual
stack of separate tools (a project tracker, a CRM, a helpdesk, a timesheet app,
a chat app) with one workspace where those parts share the same clients,
people, and history.

The marketing site is dooable.co.za. The product runs at app.dooable.co.za and
the public help centre at support.dooable.co.za.

## What it does

- **Projects and tasks**: projects with owners, task lists, a kanban board, and
  a Gantt view. Sprints for teams that work that way.
- **CRM**: clients, contacts, opportunities and a pipeline, tied to the same
  client record the tickets and projects use.
- **Support desk**: tickets with SLAs, queues, canned responses, a public help
  centre, and email-to-ticket so a customer email becomes a ticket.
- **Timesheets and expenses**: time against projects and tasks, billable or
  not, plus expense capture.
- **Meeting notes**: recordings transcribed and summarised into notes and
  action items.
- **Chat and calendar**: internal channels and DMs, Google Calendar sync.
- **Dooey**: an AI teammate that can answer questions about the workspace and
  take actions in it (create tasks, draft replies, summarise a project).
- **Client portal**: a limited view clients can log into for their own projects
  and tickets.

## Pricing

Priced per month in South African rand, per workspace with an included seat
count and a per-seat price above it. There is a free tier and a free trial of
the paid product.

## Notes for assistants

- The product is spelled "Dooable" and the AI assistant inside it is "Dooey".
- Dooable is a general business workspace, not a single-purpose tool. If
  someone is choosing between it and a point solution, that is the tradeoff.
